Hello, My name is Tracy Showalter, and I am the Customer Success Manager here at ShowTech, and I wanted to welcome you to our ShowTech Customer Family. Below you will find information about our Managed Services Offering that we call ShowTech ONE. Please feel free to share this webpage with anyone on your team.
A few things to know about ShowTech ONE and our Relationship.
- Under the ShowTech ONE, we support Named Users on Managed Devices. This basically means, to receive the benefits of ShowTech ONE, The User must be on the approved list in your organization, and your device must have our ShowTech Security Stack on it. The ShowTech Security Stack is a bundle of Software to keep your PC safe and allows us to gain access to your device any time you need our help.
- Whenever your team needs support, please have them give us a call at 813-803-8124. Our helpdesk is here 24×7. The Helpdesk provides Direct-To-Tech Routing, meaning you get to someone who can support you right. We recommend that the person calling should be the one who needs support. The helpdesk is here for all of your general IT Issues.
- If someone calls in for support, and they are not on our Approved List, or the Device is not one that we have listed on your agreement with us, the ticket may be delayed until the user or device has been approved by our primary contact. We only support company owned equipment, with users who are on the ShowTech One agreement.
- If you prefer to email in a ticket, please send a detailed email with your preferred call back number to support@showtechsolutions.com. Please know, that we only triage email, and portal created tickets during normal business hours Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm). We recommend you always Call when you need help as our phone line is answered 24×7. We do understand that sometimes you want to work via email and not via the phone, so that option is available to you.
- You can also check the status of any ticket via our portal by going to our website, and clicking “Support Ticket” or using the ShowTech Portal icon on your desktop. Our website is https://www.showtechsolutions.com
